A diet full of fruits and vegetables can help you have better skin and can reduce wrinkles. This is a very simple and natural method for daily improvement.
A simple change in your diet can prevent wrinkles. There are many fruits and vegetables that have the necessary vitamins and minerals to maintain healthy skin and reduce wrinkles.

Another helpful wrinkle reducer relates to the free radicals on your skin. Free radicals are unstable oxygen molecules. They are a major factor in premature skin aging and skin cancer. However, it is possible that antioxidants contained in the body can stop free-radical damage.
The body cannot produce enough antioxidants on its own and has to make up for them with ingredients such as Vitamins A, C, D and E as well as beta-carotene. On the other hand, foods that were found to be positively associated with skin damage were full-fat milk, as opposed to skim milk, red meat, potatoes, soft drinks/cordials, cakes and pastries.
Remember that in having a diet full of fruits and vegetables, you will not only have better skin, but you will have a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, the risk of developing heart disease or cancer is considerably lower in people who eat 5-7 serves of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.
